Ingredients:
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 15 g ginger
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Method:
wash the salmon thoroughly, pat dry and place them in a medium size bowl. In another bowl, mix oil, sauce, sugar, ginger and lime juice. Then, pour the mixture on top of the fillets and sprinkle with pepper. Now it is the right time to refrigerate in about 30-60 minutes.
Next, preheat the grill on medium heat. Spray the rack of the grill with some drops of oil in order to prevent from sticking and being burned. Depending on the thickness of the fillet, it takes 3-15 minutes to finish grilling. Or the fillets are well done if their two sides are very dark brown in color Serve hot.
